This ensures pricing competition and is at arms length from Domus Homes on behalf of the client. However Domus can arrange construction of your house, semi, terrace, apartment or new home.

12. What workmanship guarantees exist with a Domus Homes home or renovation?

The workmanship guarantees for Domus Homes homes or renovations lie with the builder. Builders are selected by Domus Homes to tender for the construction of your home. The successful builder is required to take out Home Owners Warranty Insurance, provide structural guarantees for seven years and waterproofing, glazing, pest control and smoke detection guarantees. Furthermore, in order to acquire an Occupation Certificate, structural certification and an identification survey is required. Thereafter, a Building Certificate can be acquired from Council.

13. Do all trade and product discounts revert back to the Domus Homes clients?
