Construction has started on a luxury semi renovation and first floor addition project in Five Dock, Sydney.
This luxury semi renovation and first floor addition comprises part demolition at the back of the semi , retaining the existing front two bedrooms and living room and building a new bathroom, kitchen, dining and large undercover terrace and BBQ area on ground floor level.
A bedroom, study, walk in robe and en suite bathroom are being added on the first floor level.
Finishes include polished concrete floors, stone benchtops and standing seam aluminium and timber cladding.
