The brief for this semi house renovation and first floor additions in Queens Park, Eastern suburbs, Sydney was for four bedrooms, an en suite, main bathroom, built in wardrobes as well as a roof storage area.

On the ground floor the front bedrooms and sunroom were to be retained and upgraded. The toilet was to be renovated whilst the exisiting bathroom was to be retained. A new laundry, kitchen, living dining room opening on to the back terrace was to be provided.

North light on both levels was to be maximised. The clients requested a modular design using lightweight materials.
