The NSW Government has announced the first stage of its Transport Orientated Development planning reforms to stimulate much needed additional housing in NSW around well located metro and rail stations; with floor space ratios (FSR) of 2.5:1 and up to 6 storeys in selected zones. Minimum lot width is 21.0 m with no minimum lot size.
