About This Project
Luxury New House and Pool in Riverview, Lower north Shore, Sydney
This knockdown rebuild new house and pool project in Riverview, in the Lane Cove Council area was to comprise three levels of accomodation as the house design had to accomodate a very steep and rocky site.
The clients wanted a modern, modular, luxury design for their new home and pool comprising four large bedrooms including a master suite and three bathrooms.
The top level comprised a large grassed garden, the master bedroom, en suite and walk in robe as well as the main entertaining and family area which included the kitchen, rumpus room, living room, dining room and the pool.
The mid level comprised three bedrooms, a bathroom and rumpus room all opening on to a large balcony.
The lowest level contained a double garage and storage areas.
High ceilings were required throughout as well as a waterfall feature at the main entrance terrace area to this stunning luxury new house and pool in Riverview.
