About This Project
Welcome to our newest renovation/building progress series: New Bondi Road Duplex! This project has been ongoing for 15 months, and is expected to continue for a few more coming.
Today David gives an overview of some key elements in the duplex, in one of the duplexes (as they are almost a mirror image of each other). An example of important decision making is given, showing how being practical can save thousands of dollars and achieve the same result in construction. As we continue this series, you’ll get to see the finishing products and methodologies.
