About This Project
Semi House Renovation, Alteration, Extension, First Floor Addition in Bronte, Eastern Suburbs, Sydney
The brief for this semi house renovation, alteration, extension and first floor addition project in Bronte was to provide a study, laundry, bathroom and open plan living, dining, kitchen and walk in pantry area on the ground floor level. Three additional bedrooms were provided on the first floor level, with a main bathroom. The master bedroom was to contain an en suite bathroom and walk in robe. The front facade was to be maintained respectful of its heritage character. The project had to be high quality but economically built. Internally, contemporary design was required.
This semi house renovation, alteration, extension and first floor addition was to have large windows and doors for light and cross flow ventilation plus highlight windows to provide privacy form the neighbours. Internal colours were to be light and warm and all rooms had to be large and spacious.
