Construction of a knockdown rebuild, new house in Carlton, South Sydney has started ( near Hurstville, Rockdale, Monterey, Ramsgate and Bexley).
Domus Homes has successfully managed the full design under the Complying Development Certificate (CDC) rules; as well as the construction tender process.
The CDC approved, custom designed, luxury house comprises four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a powder room, living room, dining room, laundry, kitchen and walk in panty, opening up onto a large alfresco terrace area with views to the South.
The foundation, ground floor slab and stormwater and domestic plumbing at ground floor level is completed. Brickwork at ground floor level is almost complete. First floor formwork installation will begin shortly.
