First Floor Level:

  1. Eaves installed
  2. Fascia boards installed and painted
  3. Gutters installed
  4. Roof tiles installed
  5. External render completed
  6. Internal plumbing & electrical rough in completed
  7. Wall insulation completed
  8. Internal gyprock started

 


Ground Floor Level:

  1. Structural steel installed
  2. Roof frame installed
  3. Window openings ongoing

 

Next activities are:

  1. Drop the scaffold
  2. Install sarking and roof tiles
  3. Install the external doors & windows
