Construction started for repeat clients on house renovation in Five Dock, Inner West, Sydney under Complying Development Certificate
The project began with repeat clients approaching us to assist them with viewing and evaluating a number of potential houses for them to buy, drawing upon Domus Homes’ extensive experience with identifying properties for renovation within client’s budgets and briefs.
We completed the custom design and documentation and managed the engineering and Complying Development Certificate approval for the project, undertaking contract negotiations with one of our handpicked builders known to the clients from their previous Domus Homes terrace renovation and first floor addition in Pyrmont.
Renovations to the existing two bedrooms on the ground floor comprise a general upgrade and painting and patching.
Renovations to the ground floor living room include painting and patching and opening up the back area into a large kitchen, dining room, bar, powder room, laundry and covered deck with floor to ceiling sliding doors.
The first floor will be reconfigured with a master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite bathroom; and two additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and built in wardrobes.
