Alex & Natalie needed experts in new home constructions to manage major renovations for their semi detached house in Randwick North. The existing property comprised an old single level three bed semi which was too small inside with a pitched gable and hipped roof front façade.
Alex, a General Manager and Natalie, an employment consultant, both had full time jobs and two young children. The couple wanted to renovate their semi to include 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, a study, bathroom, laundry, a combined open plan kitchen, dining and living rooms with an inside/outside terrace entertainment area downstairs.

Domus Homes designed a 200m2 net internal semi detached home with porcelain and ceramic tiles to wet areas, timber floors to living areas, carpet to the bedrooms, reverse cycle airconditioning, louvre windows for maximum light, granite benchtops and polyurethane built ins throughout.
The entire semi was demolished except for the front study room and roof over as well as the side ground floor external wall.
The new home construction was built in full cavity brickwork and timber floor downstairs with timber framed first floor and brick veneer rendered walls upstairs.
Development Approval (DA) for the house took 3 months and construction of Alex & Natalie's wonderful new home took 6 months.
